Yes, all memberships are 12 months in length.

Yes, we offer several corporate membership rates. 

Your membership is month-to-month after the first 12 months based on the day you sign your membership agreement. If, at any time, you wish to terminate your membership, simply inform us via in-person or email us, 30 days written notice prior to the next monthly billing cycle. (Termination fee and final month payment may apply)

Yes, It can be suspended up to 3-months at a time. Just stop at the front desk and complete the suspension form. The suspended months will be added to the end of your current membership contract.

Billing occurs monthly, and individual billing dates are tied to enrollment dates. For example, if you sign up on January 6, your billing will occur every month on the 6th. If the billing date occurs on weekends or government holidays, billing may move to the next business day.

We offer day passes for $7.00 per guest. All guests must sign a liability waiver and adhere to the terms and conditions of Peak Community Wellness Centers memberships agreement.

Yes, we have an annual initiation fee that costs $39 per individual, charged at initial sign-up and a renewal fee that costs $20 on all membership renewals.
