Cardio dancing (see bailamos) in the therapy pool.

A Latin dance inspired cardio class designed to target the whole body.

Mainly toning (arms, legs, core) with very little cardio.

Short bursts of high intensity exercises combined with strength and toning moves.

A combination of pilates and yoga that uses bodyweight through conitnuous movements to sculpt muscles, strengthen the core, and increase flexibility.

Fast-paced cardio and toning workout in the therapy pool.

A cardio and endurance training class utilizing a stationary spin bike.

High-intensity interval training – usually 20 seconds of an exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest; repeated multiple times.

A high-energy, choreographed kickboxing class.

Slower paced cardio with strength and stretching exercises included; class held in the therapy pool.

Some cardio, but class is mainly focused on stretching and range of motion exercises; class help in the therapy pool.

A class designed to focus on the mind/body relationship. Yoga promotes stretching, increased flexibility, and strength in a tranquil setting. Instructor adapts class to all skill levels!
